The idea
A quieter way to stay in Miami, seven minutes from the loud part.
Little River is a historic, predominantly Haitian neighborhood that became part of the city of Miami in 1925. Kreyòl is spoken on the street and the bakeries are Haitian. Our houses sit on its residential blocks: real houses with real yards, close enough to everything and far enough to sleep.

Where exactly are the houses?
Three are in Little River, Miami (33150) and two are just north of the Design District (33137). All five are about seven minutes from Wynwood, ten from MIA and fifteen from South Beach. We send the exact address once your booking is confirmed.
Do the houses have parking?
All five have off-street parking, most of it behind a gate. The Patio House has the largest driveway (4 cars) and a private Level 2 EV charger.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, with approval, at all five houses. A pet fee applies and varies by house. Smoking indoors and events are not permitted.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 10am. Entry is keyless, and we send the codes before you arrive.
