Little River Oasis Rentals is five private houses in Little River and just north of the Design District, run by Joseph and a small local team. We have been hosting guests here since 2021, on stays from a weekend to several months.
How we host
We keep it simple: whole houses, not rooms; real kitchens; fast WiFi; parking off the street; keyless entry with codes sent ahead. When something comes up, you message Joseph and get an answer, usually within minutes.
We are upfront about the neighborhood. Little River is a working, historic Miami neighborhood, not a resort strip. That is why it is quiet at night, and why it is seven minutes from everything else.
Why we take direct bookings
Booking here skips the marketplace service fee, and it means you deal with us from the first question to check-out. The calendar is the same one we use everywhere, so what you see is what is open.
